Here I write about just about anything and everything! Mostly nostalgia-driven, I might post a movie or video game review, talk about snack food I like, who knows!

This is a side channel I have just for posting old stuff I pull off of old video tapes. I know lots of people do this sort of thing, but you should check it out! I'd say it has a Canadian slant, which sets it apart. You might find something you completely forgot existed and spark a nostalgic endorphin rush! Or maybe something cool and retro, but new to you!

For a long time now, I've been wanting to try and tackle an electronic restoration project. I've done some repairs of newish video game systems, but nothing where I actually got into soldering. I saw an ad a while back for a Betamax VCR that wouldn't start up, so I decided I'd try and fix it!

This isn't a dead project, but it is taking me a helluva long time to get this thing sorted. There have been nothing but roadblocks, but I remain hopeful I'll be able to get this bad boy functioning again. I'm hoping to post and update to my blog soon!
